Refund policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy outlines your rights and options when purchasing products from DAFY Nutrition, operated by DOG ADVICE FOR YOU LTD.

We offer both physical products and digital products. Different rules apply depending on the type of product purchased.


2. Physical Products (Supplements)

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your product, in accordance with UK consumer law.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The product must be in the same condition as received
  • All original components must be included

Important

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been opened
  • The product is not in its original condition
  • The product has been damaged after delivery for reasons not caused by us

This is due to health and hygiene reasons.


3. How to Request a Return

To exercise your right to return a product, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

You can do this by emailing info@dafynutrition.com, providing your order number along with the reason for your return.

Once your request has been received and approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.


4. Returning Your Item

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the product
  • You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us
  • The product must be securely packaged

We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as the product remains your responsibility until we receive it.


5. Refunds (Physical Products)

If your return is approved:

  • You will receive a refund within 14 days
  • The refund will be issued using the original payment method

Delivery costs may not be refunded if only part of an order is returned.


6. Faulty or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@dafynutrition.com.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Once we have reviewed the information, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


7. Digital Products (Recipes)

All digital products, including recipe downloads, are non-refundable once they have been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.

This includes:

  • Purchases made in error
  • Change of mind

By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or dispatched.

If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the return process outlined above.


9. Incorrect Address

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout:

  • You will be responsible for any additional delivery costs
  • We may require payment before re-dispatching the order
