1.2 These terms apply to all orders placed through our website for physical products, including supplements, and digital products, including recipe downloads.

1.3 Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. They explain who we are, how we supply products to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem, and other important information.

1.4 By using this website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy.

1.5 You must be at least 18 years old to place an order through this website.

1.6 Our products and content are intended for personal household use only. They must not be purchased for resale, redistribution, or other commercial use.

2. Important Information

2.1 Our website, products, recipe downloads, and related content are provided for general educational and e-commerce purposes only.

2.2 Our recipes are designed for adult healthy dogs only, unless specifically stated otherwise.

2.3 Our recipes, supplements, website content, and other materials are not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

4. Our Contract With You

4.1 Your order is an offer to purchase from us.

4.2 A contract is formed only when we accept your order. Acceptance takes place when we send you an order confirmation email.

4.3 If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you and will not charge you for the product. This may be because a product is out of stock, because of an error in pricing or description, or because we are unable to fulfil the order.

5. Our Products

5.1 We make every effort to display products and describe them as accurately as possible. However, images are for illustrative purposes only, and packaging or appearance may vary slightly.

5.2 Product descriptions, availability, and pricing may change from time to time.

5.3 We reserve the right to withdraw or discontinue any product at any time.

5.4 Third-party supplements sold through our website remain subject to the manufacturer’s own product information, instructions, and safety guidance. Customers must read and follow all label instructions before use.

6. Digital Products

6.1 Digital products include recipe downloads and any other downloadable content made available through our website.

6.2 Digital products are supplied for personal use only.

6.3 You must not copy, reproduce, share, forward, distribute, resell, sublicense, publish, upload, modify, or otherwise make digital products available to any third party.

6.4 Once a digital product has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, or made available to you, it is non-refundable.

7. Price and Payment

7.1 The price of the products will be the price shown on the website at the time you place your order.

7.2 We are not VAT registered.

7.3 Payment must be made in full before your order is accepted and processed.

7.4 We accept payment via Shopify Payments and PayPal.

7.5 If we discover an obvious pricing error after you place an order, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

8. Delivery

8.1 We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

8.2 Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown during checkout.

8.3 We will send products to the delivery address provided by you at the time of order. You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery details you provide are complete and accurate.

8.4 If an order is returned to us because you provided an incorrect or incomplete address, or because delivery could not be completed for reasons within your control, we may charge additional delivery costs before resending the parcel.

8.5 Risk in physical goods passes to you upon delivery.

9. Your Right to Cancel and Return Physical Products

9.1 If you are a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

9.2 This cancellation right applies only to physical products and does not apply to digital products once delivered or accessed.

9.3 To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us clearly in writing by email to info@dafynutrition.com within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

9.4 You must then return the product to us, at your own cost, within a reasonable time and in any event within 14 days of notifying us of cancellation.

9.5 Returned products must be unused, unopened where applicable, complete, and in their original condition and packaging.

9.6 The right to cancel may be lost or limited if the returned product is not intact, has been opened where sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons, or has been damaged after delivery for reasons not caused by us.

9.7 Unless the product is faulty or misdescribed, you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

9.8 We recommend that returned items are securely packaged and sent using a tracked service, as returned goods remain your responsibility until received by us.

9.9 If cancellation is valid, we will refund the price paid for the returned physical product within 14 days of receiving it back or receiving evidence that it has been sent back, whichever is earlier.

9.10 Where only part of an order is returned, original delivery charges may not be refunded.

10. No Refunds for Digital Products

10.1 All digital recipe downloads and other downloadable digital products are strictly non-refundable once delivered, accessed, or downloaded.

10.2 This applies including where the purchase was made by mistake, unless we are required by law to provide a refund.

11. Problems With Products

11.1 If a product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at info@dafynutrition.com

11.2 Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.

12. Intellectual Property

12.1 All intellectual property rights in this website and in all products, downloads, recipes, text, graphics, branding, layout, images, and other content are owned by or licensed to DOG ADVICE FOR YOU LTD.

12.2 All recipe downloads, product content, and website materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

12.3 You may use our products and content for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

12.4 You must not reproduce, distribute, sell, share, forward, republish, upload, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of our digital products or website content without our prior written consent.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13.2 Subject to clause 13.1, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss.

13.3 Subject to clause 13.1, our products and content are provided for general educational and e-commerce purposes only. We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on our content as a substitute for veterinary advice.

13.4 We are not liable for any issues arising where:
(a) a recipe or product is used incorrectly;
(b) product labels or instructions are not followed;
(c) a dog has an undisclosed medical condition or special requirement;
(d) ingredients are substituted or recipes are altered; or
(e) supplements are used with inappropriate diets or contrary to guidance.

13.5 Subject to clause 13.1, our total liability to you in relation to any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product.

14.1 You agree not to misuse our website.

14.2 You must not attempt to interfere with the proper working of the website, gain unauthorised access to it, copy its content unlawfully, or use it for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
